Job Description:

The Administrator shall pursue his/her responsibilities and duties in full cognizance of Valley Vista's stated operating philosophy and mission.  The administrator will plan with management, medical director and legal counsel scope and objectives of nursing services in nursing home and direct nursing, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and dietary acitivties by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Recognizing that his institution exists to servce the interests and needs of its residents, the Administrator shall set an example for any and all persons who may be affiliated with this facility - staff members, consultants, volunteers, etc. - that focuses on the resident's right to personal independence and self-determination in all aspects of their institutional life here.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be certified as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Idaho.
